Q: How much does a custom pair of GOOD Jeanz cost?
Our prices depend on the level of customization:
• Light customization (paint, patches, distressing): from $85
• Full redesign (hand-painted art, mixed fabrics, embroidery): from $150
• Custom sneakers: from $125
Every design is hand-crafted and one-of-a-kind.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to start your design. The remaining balance is due before shipping or pickup.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Cash App, PayPal, and Google Pay. Payment details are sent after your design is approved.
Ordering & Design Process
Q: How do I place a custom order?
Complete the Custom Order Form on our website. You’ll get a confirmation within 48 hours to review details, sizing, and design inspo.
Q: Can I send in my own jeans or sneakers?
Absolutely! That’s part of our eco-mission. You can ship your gently used items or drop them off locally once approved.
Q: Can I order a brand-new piece instead?
Yes, you can purchase “new” (new to you!) denim or sneakers through our shop and still support our give-back program.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround is typically 3-4 weeks, depending on complexity and volume. Rush options may be available for a small fee.

We upcycle denim and sneakers to keep them out of landfills and use sustainable paints and fabrics whenever possible.
Q: How does my purchase “Do GOOD”?
For every order, a redesigned item is donated to youth in foster care or the juvenile justice system.

Q: What’s happening during the soft launch?
From Nov 1 – 11, we’ll share daily sneak-peeks on social media showing our design process and mission.
On 11/11, we officially open pre-orders and begin accepting custom design requests.
Q: Can I order before 11/11?
Yes! Early supporters can submit the Custom Order Form now to receive priority production and a special thank-you discount.
Q: When will the full collection launch?
Our full e-commerce shop opens in early 2026. Until then, custom orders and limited drops are available during the soft-launch period.
Shipping, Pick-Up & Returns
Q: Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we ship nationwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Local pickup in San Antonio is also available.
Q: What is your return policy?
Because each item is customized, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with quality or fit, we’ll work with you to make it right.
